Dying for a Good Death - AMERICANS WANT TO DIE at home, yet don't, according to the findings of a Time Magazine-CNN poll conducted earlier this month.

David Kessler is an end of life specialist as well as the author of The Needs of the Dying: a guide for bringing hope, comfort and love to life’s final chapter published in 2000 by HarperCollins Publishers.

He has just completed a second book, Life Lessons: two experts on death and dying teach us about the mysteries of life and living, which he is co-authoring with Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, M.D. It will be published by Simon & Schuster in October 2000.
